Been a while since I edited anything on DeviantART. July 2011 was my last journal. Since then, my life has changed a hell of a lot. Coming up to my second anniversary with my wonderful girlfriend, I've been to America, I've got my Bachelors Degree in Politics, and... I haven't really done any art or writing. :P Might update this a bit more with various bits of photoshoppery or just cosplay/convention photos!

Well, been about half a year since I last updated my DA journal, and quite a bit has changed. As well as plenty of personal stuff that I won't explore here... In February I formally decided to end my series, The Final Zone, and work on new stuff. Two current projects occupying me, a sprawling, Tolkeinesque fantasy world, and "We Close Our Eyes", a Dreamworld based story bringing in some of my better ideas from TFZ into an original world. Oh, and also trying to do a short Iris Wildthyme fanfic, but that's not quite my main focus. I always seem to forget about DA. Not sure why. Maybe it's that I don't do much traditional art, other than a few sketches, or simply that it's not in my toolbar. I tend to lose things in my bookmarks. Anyhow, updates on what I've been doing: - The Final Zone. Sporadic little bits. I've been finding it hard to do anything substantial. - Time Slip. One of my major projects at present. The scope of it attracts me. - A bunch of Doctor Who fanfics. More generally, I've found myself doing a ton of character designs lately. It's the only thing that really keeps me spriting. I've found comics rather unappealing of late. Dunno why. Might upload
